Full version

Cristoff reflects our diverse communities in culture, religion and age. We spent considerable time thinking about different points of view in order to create an open and safe environment for everyone. We've created the Community Guidelines so that you can help us create and protect this great community. By using Cristoff, you agree to follow these rules and our Terms of Use. We are committed to following these rules and hope that you do the same. Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account deactivation, or other restrictions. In some cases, we allow - for awareness purposes - the publication of content that goes against our Community Standards if it is relevant and in the public interest. We only make this decision after weighing the positive impact on the public interest against the potential harm, and we rely on universal principles of human rights.

Only share photos and videos that you have taken or have the right to share.

As always, the content you post on Cristoff is your own. Remember to post authentic content, and do not post any content that you have copied or obtained from the Internet and to which you do not have publishing rights.

Post appropriate photos and videos for a diverse audience.

We understand that sometimes people want to share nudity images of an artistic or creative nature, but for several reasons we do not allow nudity on Cristoff. This includes photos, videos, and other digital content depicting sexual intercourse, genitals, or close-ups of fully exposed buttocks. This also includes some photos of women's nipples, but images depicting breastfeeding, times during and after childbirth, interventions in the medical field (e.g. mastectomy, breast cancer awareness or gender reassignment surgery) or an act of protest are permitted. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is also acceptable.

People love sharing photos and videos of their children. For safety reasons, images showing nude or partially nude children are sometimes removed. Although this content is shared with good intentions, it could be used by others in unexpected ways.

Promote meaningful and authentic interactions.

Help us fight spam by avoiding artificially collecting likes, followers or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Do not offer money or gifts in exchange for likes, followers, comments, or other interaction. Do not post content that incites, encourages, permits or authorizes the offering, solicitation or exchange of false or misleading user reviews or ratings.

You do not have to use your real name on Cristoff, but we do require users to provide us with accurate and up-to-date information. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts to break our rules or mislead other users.

Obey the law.

Cristoff is not a space to support or praise terrorism, organized crime or hate groups. It is also prohibited to offer sexual services, buy or sell firearms, alcohol or tobacco-related products between individuals as well as buy or sell non-medical or pharmaceutical products. We also remove content that attempts to market, coordinate the marketing of, give or solicit non-medical products, as well as content that admits personal use (except in a healing context) or that coordinates or promotes the use of non-medical products. Cristoff also prohibits the sale of live animals between individuals, although such transactions can take place at physical points of sale. Under no circumstances is it permitted to manage activities such as poaching or the sale of endangered species or their body parts. When you offer to sell or buy other regulated products, remember to always respect the law. Accounts used to promote online games of chance, games of skill involving real money or online lotteries must first obtain written authorization from us before being able to use our products.

We have zero tolerance for sharing sexual content involving minors or threats to publish intimate images of others.

Respect other members of the Cristoff community.

We want to encourage a positive and diverse community. We remove any content that contains threats or hate speech, any content that targets private individuals with the aim of humiliating or dishonoring them, personal information for the purposes of blackmail or harassment, as well as repetitive unwanted content. We generally allow more heated discussion about people who appear in the news or who have a large following due to their profession or activities.

It is never okay to encourage violence or attack anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability or pathological condition. We may allow hate speech where it is shared with the aim of challenging it or raising awareness. In these cases, we ask that you clearly indicate your intentions. Serious threats to public and personal safety are prohibited. This includes specific threats of physical violence as well as threats of theft, vandalism and other financial harm. We carefully review threat reports and consider many factors to determine whether a threat is real.

To preserve our supportive environment, do not encourage self-harm.

The Cristoff community cares about each of its members and is often a space where people facing difficult issues, such as eating disorders, scarification, or other forms of self-harm, come together to raise awareness or find support. We try to do our part by integrating educational content into the application, as well as providing information in the Help Pages so that those affected can find the help they need.

Encouraging or inciting self-harm is contrary to this supportive environment. Also, we will remove this type of content or deactivate the responsible accounts if reported. We may also remove any content identifying victims or survivors of self-harm if it is posted for the purpose of insulting or mocking.

Be careful when publishing events that have media interest.

We understand that many people use Cristoff to share important and newsworthy events. Some of these events may involve explicit images. Due to the diversity of people and age groups who use Cristoff, we may remove videos with intense and explicit violence to ensure that Cristoff remains appropriate for each person. We understand that this type of content is often shared in order to condemn, inform or raise awareness. If you share content for these purposes, we recommend accompanying your photo with a caption warning about explicit violence. Sharing explicit images out of sadism or to glorify violence is not permitted under any circumstances.

Help us maintain the integrity of the community:

We have a global team that reviews these reports and works as quickly as possible to remove any content that violates our policies. Even if you or someone you know does not have a Cristoff account, you can still submit a report. When submitting a report, try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so that we can find and review the content quickly. We may remove some posts entirely if we find that the associated images or captions violate our policies.
